"Heart, Mind & Body-

Awake and Free"

This will be a special evening of a coming together to hear the Dharma of Living Zen. Kitabu Roshi will guide participants into the teachings of the Mind that is Empty and the Heart that is Free. Speaking directly from his own awakened perspective, Kitabu Roshi will offer an invitation to taste directly the Truth of Liberated Awareness.

Friday: 19:00 to 21:30

Cost for the evening: 40 CHF

Feb. 2nd & 3rd

"The Sword of Freedom"

This weekend will be a training seminar exploring the inherent mystery of our own Freedom and its active principles in the midst of conflict. Kitabu Roshi will introduce the ability that rises with the discovery of Mushin, (the mind that is Open, Empty and Awake.) The weekend will include physical training, as well as Meditation and dialogue. There will also be training sessions led by Patrick Cassidy Sensei during the weekend.

Saturday: 9:30 to 11:30 (Kitabu Roshi),
11:30 to 12:15 (Cassidy Sensei), 14:15 to 15:00 (Cassidy Sensei),
15:00 to 17:00 (Kitabu Roshi)

Sunday: 9:30 to 10:15 (Weapons training w/ Cassidy Sensei)
10:15 to 13:00 (Kitabu Roshi)

Cost for Saturday and Sunday: 100 CHF

Cost for Whole Weekend: 120 CHF
