Meditation is coming into contact with our inherent awareness. By deeply relaxing and remaining completely awake, students explore this awareness that is always present. By resting within this simple awareness, it is possible to discover a natural state of being, free from the definitions of personal history, limited self image, and future projection. With this discovery, students may gain a new perspective on their relationship with Life and themselves, a relationship that is free from resentment, fear, and aggression. This new persective is at the center for the practice of the Arts of Aikido, Yoga, and Tea Ceremony here at Aikido Montreux.
