Sat mornings 8:30 to 10:00 am

Adult Morning Weapons Classes: Mon, Wed, Fri mornings 6:30 to 7:30 am

Youth Aikido Classes

Little Samurai - Wed afternoon 15:30 to 16:15 pm (4 - 6 years old)
Kids - Mon and Wed evening 17:00 to 18:00 pm (6 - 10 years old)
Teens - Tue and Thu evening 17:00 to 18:00 pm (10 - 14 years old)
Kids and Teens - Sat mornings 10:00 to 11:00 am (6 - 14 years old, mixed)

Yoga Classes

Mon, Tues, Thurs evenings 20:30 to 21:45 pm

Meditation Sesssions

Mon, Wed, Fri mornings 8:00 to 8:30 am
