Insight Self Defense introduces and explores the ability to act clearly, without doubt and trust in our own creative limitless power. The students experience an inner prozess, an inner shift, which displays itself through a greater understanding and connection with the environment and the ability to engage freely without hesistation. ISD enables the students to face, respond and transform internal, verbal as well as physical conflict with powerful perspectives and techniques.

Insight Self Defense Integral Conflict Resolution for Professionals (Corporate Business, Law Enforcement, Hospitals, and Universities)

Through the perspectives offered in ISD, professionals can transform all forms of conflict and maintain the integrity of themselves, their working relationships and their environment. Professionals learn to recognize conflict as a situation to transform rather than a problem to avoid. By engaging the process, they develop power that works to bring the whole system into a deeper state of balance, greater harmony, and expanded creativity.

ISD is currently offering programs through the Psychiatric Hospital Nant, in the canton Vaud, Switzerland. It also has been offered at the California State University, in the United States.

Insight Self Defense for Women

Through the perspective offered in ISD, women discover their inherent power and ability, learning how to express themselves effectively in times of conflict. From physical attack to emotional threats, both in the home and in society, women can respond with creativity and strength, maintaining their integrity during times of crisis.

ISD is currently offering classes in the Public Education School in Lenzburg, Switzerland.

Insight Self Defense for Children

By exploring ISD, children learn to identify conflict, trust themselves, and respond spontaneously without hesistation. Children develop the ability to speak for themselves clearly, recognize proper relationships, and act with self confidence.
