Exploring the Polarities of Aikido
Join us for a weekend of deep exploration and movement as we look at the polarities, in-yo, fire-water, active-receptive natures in the art of Aikido. Patrick Cassidy and Bruno Gonzalez will lead this weekend seminar and introduce ways of appreciating and feeling the movement of energies in polarity in the art. This promises to be a unique seminar. Everyone is welcome! Bring weapons if possible. There will be weapons available to use on a limited basis.
Fee: 160 CHF early registration before Aug 19th
200 CHF after. Seminar is limited to 30 participants
